All Executive Maids are due at work Monday through Friday at 7:45 am in their uniform. You are assigned to a team of 3 or 4 cleaners. Your supervisor assigns the work you are to do in each home and inspects your work. If work is not done properly, the supervisor will send you back to touch up the cleaning. Your team will clean between 3-6 homes per day. You will take our company vehicles and our company cleaning supplies. The basic job duties are dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. You will need to be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs and step ladders to reach high for ceiling fans, etc., stretch, kneel, twist, lift light furniture (dining room chairs, ottomans, a vacuum, etc.). You will find that the work is physical and takes about 2 weeks for your body to get used to it.
If you are hired, you will be trained to clean the Executive Maids’ way of cleaning. You will be expected to do thorough, detailed cleaning in every client’s home. If hired you will be on a one month probation period that may be extended if necessary.
You will find that many of my staff have worked for me for many years. They will tell you that if you are good to the Executive Maids clients, then I will be good to you. If hired, you will find that I expect the best from my staff, I expect the truth and do not play games or tolerate nonsense. In return you will find that you have a fair and understanding employer who gets to know each member of the staff and gives each of them her cell phone number.
