Our system works best with a three member team. The team takes a systematic approach towards cleaning your home.
The four main areas of our cleaning system and specific duties:
Kitchen – outside of cabinets and major appliances (inside upon request), inside toaster and microwave ovens, disinfect sink, counters, table, chairs, woodwork, floor and collect trash.
Bathroom – outside of cabinets, mirrors, clean and disinfect everything in the bathroom – sink, counters, tub, shower, toilet, trach can and clean floor.
Dusting – tall dust: ceiling perimeters, ceiling fans, vents and over door frames, dust windowsills, ledges and woodwork – (wash as needed), change bed linens (if bed is stripped and clean sheets are set out for us) and collect trash.
Vacuuming – all carpets, edge carpeting as needed, staircases, hardwood, tile floors and inside/out of furniture as needed, mop hardwood and tile floors.
Special Projects – such as spring cleanings, window cleaning, oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning as well as any other special cleaning request can be done for an additional charge. Call prior to your appointment to schedule a special project.
The Cleaners – Each team consists of either three or four cleaners which includes the team supervisor. All cleaners have been trained to clean thoroughly and systematically – the Executive Maids way. All cleaners wear Executive Maids uniforms. The supervisor cleans with the team and then upon completion of the cleaning, the supervisor will inspect the home to ensure the home has been cleaned thoroughly.
Supplies – We provide all of the cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. Some clients prefer that we use their products. We will do this as long as the products are left out for us and directions are given to our cleaners by the client.
